WARRANTY AND POLICY
CREDIT POLICY
A) First order must be Certified Cheque or Credit Card
B) Certified Cheques (No personal Cheques Accepted)
C) Cash or Money Order
D) Credit Card Visa/MasterCard/American Express
E) Company Cheque (First Order must be Certified Cheque or Credit Card)
The following method requires a completed and approved credit information application
F) Net 30 Days Term Privilege.
  NOTICE:
  A 2.5% per month, 30% per annum charge will be assessed against all overdue invoices.
An overdue invoice is one for which payment has not been received by our accounting department on or before the due date printed on the invoice. In event of a Non Sufficient Funds Cheque (N.S.F.), for any reason, an N.S.F. charge of $25.00 will applied to cover our handling costs. If this occurs, all future cheques must be certified. Net 30 day term Privilege maybe revoked for overdue invoices or dishonored cheques. Overdue accounts may also have their orders or repairs held.
 
WARRANTY POLICY

All brand name products sub-distributed by POSH Mfg. Ltd. Are subject to and limited to the manufacture's warranty, terms and conditions. Warranty period starts from the POSH original invoice date for the product sold. Limited Warranty period for none POSH products is limited to and subject to the manufactures terms and conditions. POSH products all carry a one year limited warranty unless specified below:
All non-warranty repairs are subject to and limited to a 90 day warranty.

RETURN POLICY
A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (R.M.A) number is required for all product being returned for repair or credit. You must have your invoice number, serial number and description of the problem ready when calling for your R.M.A. or go online at www.poshmfg.ca and submit your request using our RMA form online. An R.M.A. number is valid for 30 days only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If the product is being returned for Repair or Credit from any country other then Canada, you must create and send a copy of a commercial invoice with the goods being returned.
The invoice must have a total declared value for customs purpose only of less then $ 10 Total.
Product maybe refused by POSH or charges for Duty and Broker fees will be applied to your account or
against the Credit. Insurance for the value of the goods is the responsibility of the shipper.

All RMA shipments must be sent to the following address with the RMA number
clearly marked on the shipping label or the product will be REFUSED by POSH.

All RMA shipments must be PRE-PAID with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label
or the product will be REFUSED by POSH. Replacements are subject to stock availability.
A minimum charge of $15.00 is applicable to all warranty and non-warranty repairs completed with NO FAULT FOUND.
 
CREDIT RETURNS
- All credits returned after 30 days are subject to inspection and a 20% re-stocking fee and any other refurbishing charges.
- Goods returned for credit or exchange must be in stock condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX OR ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- All returns must be complete including all manuals, cables, warranty cards, etc.
- All Credit Return shipments must be PRE-PAID with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label or the product will be REFUSED by POSH. See RETURN POLICY for shipping instructions and RMA number.
- Obtaining an R.M.A. number is not a guarantee of a credit or replacement. It is simply an authorization to return the goods to POSH Mfg Ltd. Once the product has arrived and has been inspected, approval for credit will be determined by our accounting department.
- All Credit Returns are subject to approval by our accounting department case by case.
 
FREIGHTS
- All products will be shipped freight collect on the carrier service of the purchaser's choice. POSH will not carry "In Transit" insurance coverage.
- Products lost or damaged during shipping will be at the purchaser's risk. All deductibles and claims
must be filled and paid by the purchaser. POSH will assist by providing the appropriate documentation for your claim.
- A minimum $50 dollar administration fee maybe applied on all claims processed by POSH for any shipments prepaid by POSH.
- POSH will automatically add freight insurance to your prepaid shipment if available with your selected carrier.
- If you do not wish insurance please specify in writing with your order. All Duties, taxes or handling fees, broker fees is the responsibility of the purchaser. If no carrier is selected at the time of purchase, POSH will not ship the products.
- Posh will not ship products via POST.
