Important Information

All non-warranty repairs are subject to a 90 day warranty.
Include POSH original invoice number with each shipment.
All credits returned after 30 days are subject to inspection and a 20% re-stocking fee and any other refurbishing charges.
Goods returned for credit or exchange must be in stock condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX OR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. All returns must be complete including all manuals,cables, warranty cards, etc.
All RMA shipments must be PRE-PAID with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label or the product will be REFUSED by POSH.
A minimum charge of $15.00 is applicable to all warranty and non-warranty repairs completed with NO FAULT FOUND.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If product is being returned for Repair or Credit from any country other then Canada, you must send a commercial invoice with the goods. The invoice must have a total declaired value for customs purpose only of less then $ 10 Total. Product maybe refused by POSH or charges for Duty and Broker fees will be applied to your account or against the Credit. Insurance for the value of the goods is the responsability of the shipper.
